Inclusion Criteria
Live in West Virginia
Are aged 18-75 years

Have a body mass index (BMI) between 25.0 and 39.9 kg/m2

Have a waist circumference > 40 inches for men or > 35 inches for women

Have any of the following diagnoses: Hypertension or elevated blood pressure (top number ≥120 mmHg or bottom number ≥80 mmHg); Pre-diabetes (or fasting blood sugar 100 mg/dL or higher) or type 2 diabetes; Hyperlipidemia (or elevated triglyceride or LDL cholesterol levels); Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Self-identify weight loss as a personal health goal

Self-report readiness to make lifestyle changes related to diet and physical activity
Have consistent access to an internet-connected device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or computer)
Are currently taking, or planning to take, medications known to affect weight or appetite (e.g. GLP-1 receptor agonists, phentermine, insulin, corticosteroids) during the study period
Have participated in a weight loss program or lost ≥ 10 lbs. in the past six months
Had major surgery or a cardiovascular event (e.g., stroke or heart attack) in the last six months
Have a history of or current diagnosis of an eating disorder within the past 12 months
Have any of the following health conditions: active cancer or cancer treatment, chronic kidney disease (stage 3b or higher), liver disease (cirrhosis or significant hepatic dysfunction), gastrointestinal disorders that may impair diet tolerance, or any condition requiring adherence to a medically prescribed diet
Diagnosis of cancer or undergoing cancer treatment within the past 12 months; chronic kidney disease (stage 3b or higher or history of dialysis), liver disease (cirrhosis or significant hepatic dysfunction) or gastrointestinal disorders that interfere with diet tolerance, or any condition requiring adherence to a medically prescribed diet
Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period
Are unable to attend study visits (virtual and in-person assessments)
